Notion imports should preserve document identity, timestamps, workspace scope, and page URLs. UnifiedMemory then extracts atomic claims from the imported evidence instead of treating whole pages as prompt-ready memory.

Retain rules

• Keep page chunks as evidence or document chunks.
• Promote only atomic, current, supported claims.
• Suppress task-board boilerplate, duplicated templates, and stale archive pages unless explicitly queried historically.
