Mental models are compact operating guidance derived from clean evidence. They are inactive by default.

Activation requires MiniMax provenance, clean support diversity, current canonical facts or approved observations, and a specificity gate. Generic product docs, fallback-generated rows, test data, and forensic residue cannot become active mental models.
